* Sunday: Kellogswoods Park in Kentwood: 2pm



*thursday: Kellogswood Park in Kentwood:
4pm- 6pm or later


* note bad weather and winter hours may effect #s at practices

alot of fighters are up to train any time , so dont be afraid of contacting other members for sparing when there is no practice
